What tools do I need to organise my Social Media Marketing? and since I've heard often that it is not advisable to use automatic publishing tools because you need to warm up LinkedIn or Facebook algorithm before posting by engaging with other posts, is it still advisable to use automated tools?

The best one will come down to personal preference. There are quite a number of tools available, and your use case might lean towards a subset of those at first glance.
It also depends on which platforms you'd like to interact with and what type of features you're looking for on each. If you're looking to schedule and post at certain times, it is a quite easy use case and you'll have plenty of choice.
The bottom line is, tools make your life easier. You can't imagine the content calendar of bigger brands and having to do everything manually. It's just not worth the effort at that point. At a smaller scale, you can take advantage of these tools to avoid repeated tasks, speed up your workflow and focus on what really matters.

There is no best - only ideal for your situation.
You've not given much detail.
Do you want to automatically repost and curate or do you want to make every post you publish?
For our company https://doxflowy.com - we use Hootsuite and we don't publish all the time.
For others, Buffer may be a better option.
Just go with a cheap tool that has a UI you like. They're all more or less the same these days.

There are many Social Media Marketing (SMM) tools available in the market, and the best one for you depends on your specific needs and budget. However, here are some popular options to consider:
Hootsuite: A social media management tool that allows you to schedule, publish, and analyze your social media content on multiple platforms.
Buffer: Another social media management tool that allows you to schedule and publish content, as well as collaborate with team members and analyze performance.
Sprout Social: A social media management and analytics tool that also offers CRM and helpdesk functionality.
Canva: A graphic design tool that enables you to create visually appealing content for your social media channels.
BuzzSumo: A tool that helps you find popular content in your niche, analyze your competitors' content, and identify influencers.
Regarding your question about using automatic publishing tools, it's true that you should engage with other posts before posting your own content to warm up the algorithm. However, using an automatic publishing tool can still be useful to save time and streamline your social media management process. The key is to use the tool in conjunction with manual engagement, such as liking, commenting, and sharing other users' posts, to maintain a balanced approach.
