Andrew leads UX strategy and design for ZS Associates on the west coast. ZS is a global leader in business technology, business operations consulting operating primarily in life sciences and technology.

Andrew has a multidisciplinary background in business, technology, research, design and design thinking who can offer insights and strategic directions for industries and companies facing change and disruption.

Andrew has over two decades of design and design thinking experience including: research, strategy, information architecture, design, service design, prototyping, user research, usability testing. He has extensive experience in the medical field working with leaders in the health management and wellness fields, as well as prior work with a number of biomedical and medical device manufacturers and startups.

Some of his additional interests are: sailing, photography, snowboarding, art, architecture, urbanism, and the environment.
