Responsibilities include selection and evaluation of automation platforms, both as implementation partner and as customer (i.e. for Cognizant BPO operations), e.g.:
Process mining, iPaaS, RPA-heritage and Low-code platforms, Generative Automation, IDP, BPM, AIOps and Conversational AI
